To add Deviance as an icon to your home screen, just follow these three simple steps:

1. Open www.deviance.com/login in your browser.
2. Tap the Share button (Safari) or the Menu button (Chrome).
3. Select Add to Home Screen.
4. That’s it! You’ll now find the icon on your home screen.

To activate your newly created profile and start dating, two steps are required:

First, confirm your email address. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email we sent you. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. In rare cases, especially with providers like Yahoo or T-Online, emails may be entirely filtered out and won’t even reach your spam folder. If this happens, try using a different email address or contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Next, complete your basic profile information. This includes specifying who or what you’re looking for, writing a short (or long) description about yourself, and filling out a few other details. Your profile will only become visible to others once all required fields are filled out. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

To enhance your experience, we recommend filling out the additional fields about yourself and your kinks. This helps others get to know you better and improves your chances of being found.

Looking for more features?
For an even better experience, you can upgrade to a paid Premium subscription at any time and unlock additional features.

If you’re suggested another profile, you have the option to choose from five actions:
Report, Dislike, Superlike, Like, and Boost Profile.

Deviance has core functionalities like suggestions, matching, chatting, the feed, and soon a few more that are still in development to take your BDSM dating to the next level.

If you want a better experience on Deviance, five premium features are available when you subscribe:

Quite a few! For instance, you can actively search for members yourself, filtering by roles, kinks, and much more. You can also boost your chances of being discovered by others by placing ads, catching attention with Superlikes, or sneaking a peek at who’s liked your profile.

In short, a Premium account on Deviance lets you unlock the platform’s full potential. The following overview shows which features are available with a basic account and what additional options you get by upgrading to Premium. This way, you can choose the option that best fits your preferences and needs.

There are four types of notifications you can receive on Deviance:

1. System Notifications (Email)
   These are essential emails, such as verifying your email address or resetting your password. They cannot be disabled but are only sent for specific actions related to account management.

2. Newsletter (Email)
   You’ll typically receive a newsletter from Deviance every 7 to 14 days. Keep these notifications enabled to stay informed about exclusive partner discounts, contests, new features, and articles that enhance your BDSM dating experience, along with tips for safe dating and play. During special occasions, the frequency may vary slightly.

3. App Notifications via Email
   These notify you about new matches, likes, messages, and more. We recommend keeping these on to ensure you don’t miss anything and can respond quickly.

4. App Notifications as Push Notifications via the Web App
   These are the same notifications as in point 3 but delivered as push notifications directly to your screen. Note: This type of notification is only available if you’ve installed Deviance as a Web App. Learn how to set this up here.

With the exception of system notifications, you can enable or disable all types of notifications individually in your account settings. However, for the best experience and to make sure you don’t miss anything, we recommend keeping your notifications active.

With the basic version, Deviance is free for you. If you’d like to unlock more features and increase your chances, you can opt for a Premium membership.

We offer three subscription options: one month for €14.99, three months for €34.99, or six months for €54.99. Depending on the plan you choose, you can reduce your monthly costs by nearly 40%.

• 1-month Premium: €14.99
• 3-month Premium: €34.99 (€11.67 per month). Save over 2.5 months annually.
• 6-month Premium: €54.99 (€9.17 per month). Save over 4.5 months annually.

No matter which plan you choose, every Premium membership supports the cost-intensive operation of Deviance, the continuous development of exciting new features, and the creation of educational content to destigmatize and inform about BDSM.

And all this for less than the price of a good cocktail each month! ☺️

Unfortunately, PayPal is not an option, as their conservative compliance policies prevent them from processing payments for dating platform providers.

On your bank statement, you will see DVNC GmbH, the operator of the Deviance platform.

If you want to subscribe to a Premium plan, you’ll be redirected to one of our payment partners, depending on your chosen payment method. These partners are NetDebit, Novalnet, and CCBill.

Once your subscription is active, you can easily manage it in the menu under your profile picture in the "Account" section. Whether it’s for one month, three months, or a full six months, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel it in time. Please note that the amounts of €14.99, €34.99, or €54.99 will be charged in a single payment each time.

The 14-day trial gives you the chance to explore the benefits of our Premium packages without any commitment before deciding on a paid subscription.

Don’t worry: There’s no subscription trap here. At Deviance, consent and trust are our top priorities, so the trial period ends automatically without requiring you to cancel. For this reason, we don’t ask for any payment details, such as bank or credit card information, to activate the trial.

If you’d like to keep your Premium status after the trial, you can easily do so by actively subscribing.

In addition to the 14-day trial, we regularly offer promotions where you can test time-limited Premium memberships for free. The same fair conditions apply here: no automatic renewals and no hidden costs.

You can cancel your subscription directly through the portal of your payment provider.
